Housing Association

The Housing Association provides the most important part of the jigsaw - the home you're going to buy. Depending on where you want to live, you'll have the choice of a house or a flat. You may be offered a home on an estate with other Housing Association properties or maybe you'll be able to choose a home elsewhere. It may also be possible to buy a home with one or two friends.

The Housing Association will own part of the property and you will own the other part.

Our principal Housing Associations are AmicusHorizon Group and John Grooms Housing Association.
