The Lorica Trust has provided a shared ownership home for 8 young adults at Bradbury Court near Storrington in West Sussex. Shared Ownership Homes provided valued advice on the processes we had to follow. In the current economic situation it is difficult to develop such projects but the end result is so rewarding and we have a very happy group of young people enjoying life in their own homes and making life easier for their families. This initiative by SOH is fully supported and I am happy to provide further information on our project to any organisation considering a similar development.
